Our work is contemporary and distinctive. We’re particularly skilled in the creation of dramatic, large-scale installations. Cascading flowers, floral arches, enchanted woodlands and country meadows can all be brought to life inside your chosen venue. Each design is bespoke and completely unique, so your wedding flowers will be like nothing you or your guests have ever seen before.
We’re constantly inspired by the wild, untamed beauty of the English countryside and our values are shaped by a deep-rooted respect for nature. We favour seasonal blooms, locally grown flowers, and designs that won’t damage the earth.

We’ll respond within 48 hours, confirming whether your wedding date is available. If it is, we’ll send you a brief questionnaire and arrange a free consultation to discuss your wedding flowers in more detail.
Our first meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative, creative process. We’ll listen as you share your vision, ask plenty of questions, and offer expert advice. Together, we’ll unravel your ideas and design something truly spectacular.

Based on what we’ve discussed, you’ll receive a personalised proposal that includes a detailed design brief, your chosen colour palette, a range of flower suggestions and a full breakdown of the costs involved.
At this stage, nothing is set in stone. Once your booking has been confirmed, the design process will continue, and we’ll focus on transforming your vision into an incredible reality.

Once we’ve sent your proposal, we’ll reserve your wedding date for a further seven days. A 20% booking fee is required to secure your place in our schedule with the final balance due four weeks before your event.

Slowly but surely the magic begins, and everything comes to life. We remain in regular contact throughout the planning process and will gladly answer any question as they arise.
Six weeks before the wedding, we’ll arrange a final consultation and venue visit. After assessing the space, we’ll make any necessary adjustments to the design before confirming your plans and devising a detailed schedule. Raven & Ryegrass will liaise directly with your venue and/or wedding planner regarding delivery, set-up and installation.

Working with a small, trusted team of experienced florists, Lucy remains the lead designer on every project. When your wedding day arrives, she’ll be on site to manage every detail, ensuring efficiency and discreet professionalism throughout.
Lucy will also personally deliver your bouquets and buttonholes. Seeing people react to the magic of their wedding flowers is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
